How to use
Mini malas is perfect to bring on the go for shorter meditations, or mantra affirmations, or if you simply want shorter length on the meditations than with a whole mala necklace.
You can for example take one deep breath for each crystal bead and feel the energy of the crystal, or say an affirmation/mantra for every bead.
